How to choose
the right box
Moving boxes:
It's worth buying
new
moving boxes or
used corrugated boxes.
You don't want to risk damaging
your belongings specially if you
are the one packing them and
doing your own moving.
If you are using a moving
company, they might refuse to
move your moving boxes if they
are damaged or look flimsy.
Invest a couple of extra bucks
and choose the right box for the
right stuff. Like
mirror boxes,
mattress boxes,
foam boxes for your herbs or frozen food,
arrow boxes for the
stuff that needs not to be
tilted or opened from the wrong
side and of course some
flat wardrobe boxes. Corrugated
slot dividers is also a must
when packing glasses and bottles
you don't want to see break into
million pieces. At ABBCO, we
carry all the right
Moving Boxes and the
Packaging Supplies.
Shipping boxes:
Most carriers will
insure and reimburse you for any loss
or damage occurred to your box, on
condition that it is packed and
sealed by their own
specifications.
Most specifications are
universal. So always make sure
you get roomy boxes. You need to
measure the
items you're about to ship and
add to it enough inches for
the cushioning with packaging bubble wrap, packing foam,
peanuts or a pillow from your
couch. It's a must and a good
safety precaution if you want
the contents in your shipping
box to get to their
destination in one piece.
You want to ship in
new
corrugated boxes, or consolidate
small boxes in
Gaylord boxes.
Use
corrugated corner protectors
and
corrugated pads if you think the item is too
heavy for peanuts filling or
bubble wrapping.
Make sure your baoxes are
heavy duty if
shipping far and switching
carriers half way.
Get the
Auto Bottom Boxes if you have
too many things to ship and
little time.
Get the
All in One Shipping Box
if you have little to ship and
no packaging supplies handy.
Get the
Fast Pack Box if you
want to ship some electronic
device and don't want to mess
with the wrapping.
Get a
Corrugated Mailer if
you think a shipping box is way
too big for your book or
magaznes.
Filing Boxes:
Assess what you
need to file first.
For material in folders, binders
or hanging file folders you
might want to choose a
Jumbo
Filing Box with double thickness
bottom for full support.
For you legal or letter size
records a
Snap-lock Bottom Filing Box,
handy and easy to assemble, will
do the job.
We have many
filing boxes to
choose from they are all
stackable and with built-in hand holes
to carry and pre-printed for easy identification
