New and used heavy duty Gaylord boxes

Gaylord boxes are large, high quality boxes at competitive prices shaped in rectangle or octagon heavy duty corrugated cardboard boxes, available with full flap, with lids, or without lids, with double or triple wall thicknesses.

Fitted Polyethylene liners can be added to protect the goods from moisture. Gaylord boxes are also known as shipping corrugated cargo containers sized to sit on top of a 40"x48" pallet or 45"x45" pallet. You can find them also in an octagon shape heavy duty corrugated cardboard box.

These bulk boxes can consolidate smaller boxes or small packages in one single container, irregularly shaped shipments or can hold loose small heavy parts. The heavy duty Gaylord boxes are designed to be stacked in two and three high with a bulge resistance ability.

 Depending on their wall thicknesses and height, ranging from 28" to 50", a Gaylord box can hold up to 2500 lbs and still be neatly stacked, whether new or used.
